Quay enterprise issues while configuring security scanner

We are getting an odd response from Quay Enterprise while configuring security scanner in the Quay Enterprise Management console.

We are trying yo configure Clair with Quay, while we enable security scanning in the Security Scanner portion -> Create Key -> Have the service provide a key -> Start Approval .. the approval page stays there for a long time saying waiting for service to connect. I've restarted the services multiple times .. Not quire if I am doing something wrong.. the security scanner is running in the same VM as a container with http://********:6060. Please shed some light on this thanks Cheers
