Kubernetes-on-vagrant not working with Windows Babun

I'm trying to create a Kubernetes cluster with Vagrant on Windows Babun without any success. I get the following error :

{ vagrant } master » vagrant up '.' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. failed generating SSL artifacts

and folders ssl and -p are created
