cmdlib: Drop cache qcow2, just use virtiofs
Another chunk of technical debt drops away; we went through a lot of gyrations in the initial development of doing rpm-ostree+qemu, but just using virtiofs to talk to the host seems to work fine here now.
An immediate motivation is https://github.com/coreos/rpm-ostree/issues/4565
@cgwalters: The following test failed, say /retest to rerun all failed tests or /retest-required to rerun all mandatory failed tests:

|---|---|---|---|---|
| ci/prow/rhcos | afd5f5e3589564a85ae97bd0069db6b076fae3d5 | link | true | /test rhcos |

You might need change things to pass --xattr to virtiofsd.
error: Creating repo: fsetxattr(user.ostreemeta): Operation not supported
Hmm, strange...this works in my toolbox setup. I am a little uncertain about adding --xattr as that may have a larger blast radius.
Will dig in at some point, for now moving to draft.
(edit: And the probable short term fix is https://github.com/coreos/coreos-assembler/pull/3619 )
