Add configuration parameters to README

locksmith 0.2.0 introduced several configurable parameters:

  • --endpoint / LOCKSMITHD_ENDPOINT
  • --etcd-keyfile / LOCKSMITHD_ETCD_KEYFILE
  • --etcd-cafile / LOCKSMITHD_ETCD_CAFILE
  • --etcd-certfile / LOCKSMITHD_ETCD_CERTFILE

I'm working on a solution to coreos/coreos-cloudinit#255 which will direct users to the readme for documentation on settings those parameters. The readme should list them and explain their use.
