wifi not working on nvme boot

MacBook Pro (13-inch, M1, 2020) big sur 11.3

when it comes to "cp -RLav /usr/share/firmware/wifi /Volumes/EFIESP" i got a lot of errors like

after finished rescure mode installation and reboot into ubuntu, in settings it say "no wifi adatpers"
