use correct parameter names in >= 4.1.0

For Zeek 4.1.0 or greater, `info` is the correct name for the second parameter of `icmp_sent` and `icmp_echo_reply` events. I have tested this on 4.0.7, but not 4.1 or greater.

Failed to convert remote event

Installed on Zeek version 3.3.0-dev.564 and am seeing the following in the reporter.log `{"ts":1606679596.230069,"level":"Reporter::WARNING","message":"failed to convert remote event 'Ripple20::worker_to_manager' arg #2, got vector, expected record","location":""}`
