Broken Link still shows as Passing

Problem: We filled out the certification quite a while ago. Since then our documentation has changed and the links that are part of the certification process no longer work since the information has moved. However, they are still marked as passing. People looking for the link would not be able to easily find the information

Request: Criteria should be marked as not passing when the link is broken. It would be great to have some sort of link checker.

I like this idea. We've discussed how to handle project changes, especially since many things are hard to automatically check, but this one is an easy check.

We'd have to be careful, though; some sites go down briefly & we don't want to flag for that reason. I think we also want to give people time to fix it before we mark them as failing.
