The main site is currently at: bestpractices.coreinfrastructure.org

Which doesn't make sense because the CII no longer exists. We already renamed the project per this: https://github.com/coreinfrastructure/best-practices-badge/issues/1515, now we need to rename the domain to match. We want it to be short & clear; one of the early complaints was how long our existing domain name is.

I suggest using the domain <bestpractices.dev>. It's short & clear, and we own it. We will similarly rename:

• staging.bestpractices.coreinfrastructure.org to staging.bestpractices.dev
• master.bestpractices.coreinfrastructure.org to main.bestpractices.dev

We will need to have TLS set up of course. Also, we need to make sure that we can transparently redirect (with TLS) our existing URLs to the new ones, so that most people won't notice & the whole transition can be very gradual.
