Add ping to Network section

You could configure what address to ping and it would report the time it took to get a pong and display a red exclamation point if it fails.

Since this seems largely ignored, I just wanted to pop up and say this would be greatly appreciated. A simple address would suffice. Maybe a packet loss meter if possible.
