Update preferences style

Update preferences style

  • Move rows to Adw.SwtichRow and Adw.ComboRow
  • Move dialogs to Adw.Dialog
  • Change prefs window default size to 800x600 (maybe it's bad idea)

[!NOTE] My editor may reformat JS code but there is no formatter config in the repo, so I used default prettier

Also update russian translation and .pot file
