What is the unexpected behavior?

I have my system configured with a systemd-networkd bridge interface, which contains my Ethernet interface. The IP address is configured on the bridge, and the bridge exists to facilitate virtual machines having bridged access to the local network. Unfortunately, the network speed and totals indicators in Vitals are totaling up both the bridge and the Ethernet interface as if they are two separate network interfaces. This results in the speeds and totals showing double what they're supposed to be.

It would be handy if this could be configured to include or exclude specific interfaces for statistical purposes.

Steps to reproduce the unexpected behavior.

  1. Have a network bridge containing the system Ethernet interface
  2. Display Download or Totals stats
  3. Observe that they are double what the actual interface is using, because it is combining two stats.
