Allow specifying a SSL server-side certificate file / fingerprint

The CERTFILE option of DMA allows specification of the client-side certificate. Ideally, it would also be possible to specify the cert of the server and force DMA to NOT connect to the server if the cert does not match. Additionally, a fingerprint could be specified.

That sounds like a good idea, but I think we would need a different option name for the server. I will gladly review and accept patches to implement this functionality!
