VideoBreakout Safari Extension not installing on Safari 13.1 (Catalina 10.15.4)

I have tried using VideoBreakout with macOS Catalina (10.15.4) and it opens fine, detects VLC 3.0.8 fine, but won't install the Safari Extension as the extension is in the old incompatible format.
