Upgrade the bootcamp cordapp to Corda 4.

  • Removed wiki content. The troubleshooting guide is now in Troubleshooting.md, the solutions were moved from the wiki as well.

  • The old master is now in v3

  • v4 should be made the default branch, while master should be used to track Corda OS master.
