When porting gnuplot (which is not GNU licensed) you cannot provide your entire source code. You may only provide a patch/diff of the source code. I need to copy it over, but you can see the diffs here: https://code.google.com/p/addiplot/source/browse/#svn%2Ftrunk%2Fjni

The rest of the gnuplot code can be found on the gnuplot site.

I have actually found my changes to be unnecessary and actually reduce functionality. I will be switching to one of the existing terminal types soon and then will have no source changes.
