Add button footer to transactions to view all of them on explorer

Until we have pagination for transactions (I'll make a separate ticket)

We can either change the button copy for each network (solscan/etherscan) or keep it general (explorer)

My wallet is not showing any transactions on devnet. It's getting an empty array from the backend. But the transactions are there, I can see them on explorer. I've been trying to fix that first, so that I can start working on this issue.
