Problem

New extension types that was introduced in spl-token-2022 1.0.0 are not deserializable from anchor-spl as described in https://github.com/coral-xyz/anchor/issues/2801.

Summary of changes

Upgrade spl-token-2022 to 1.0.0.

Resolves #2801
