Add more reusable plotting tools

Plotting tools for SeaPearl models are scattered across some obscure notebooks, abandonned branches and SeaPearlExtras. The goal of this issue is to centralise all plotting tools so that they are easy to find and use. A good first step would be to add the plotting tools used for the latest article submission to the plotting tools repository.
