Re-design qr codes and copyable inputs

Lots of things are ugly. Icons aren't reliable per #542, qr codes aren't beautiful, and the hex toggles are confusing. Just make it better on the keys page, and event detail (also make event detail formatted and scrollable like in flotilla).
