Feeds: in addition to the custom feeds on the top show the filters and the search Relays: just show the intro text and the "Add Relay button" and maybe some interactive suggestion if the user has too few relays, or relays with inconsistent settings Notifications: move the Mentions&Replies and Reactions switch, and maybe some other filters (show only direct replies, etc) Messages: move the Conversations and Requests switch; inside a chat show the other user profile, or the last chats list
