Refine Feeds

Add a better place for feeds and lists. Maybe a drawer or sidebar. If we add a sidebar, we should add a sidebar to every page. Also publish some good feeds under the Coracle pubkey, and fetch them in the app. Place them in a "featured" feeds section somewhere, either on the feeds detail page, or in a sidebar.

Stuff that has to be accounted for:
