wrong HTML resolution in event text

somehow URL links within text in an event would be swallowed by rendering logic:

• if we put the text together with URL(s), some text will disappear after publishing although the data didn't get lost
• The links inline will be wrongly hyperlinked as well even if there's a correct preview
