Blocking

Based on my conversation with Rabble. True blocking is impossible, but there's a lot that can be done to limit interaction if the offender is using a client that implements blocking. This can involve:

• Pretending to not be able to find an account that has blocked you
• Flagging people as in/out of your network
• Muting people blocked by someone else, when attempting to reply to them
