[Feature request] Mention in tutorial when to provide a character list

🚀 Feature Description

The tutorial mentions "If you use phonemes for training and your language is supported here, you don’t need to set your character list.". But the in the provided models (English, German, ...) the character list is always provided whatever phonemizer is used.

Solution

It should be stated when to provide a character list in config.json and when not to.
