v86 Move starter.js outside of the browser directory

Move starter.js outside of the browser directory

Is it possible as if so the V86Starter starter.js for the node.js version to be outside of the "/browser/" folder? Thank you.

@tootyta This is not a particularly interesting issue, I'd suggest having a look at https://github.com/copy/v86/issues/537 instead.
