Windows NT 4.0 NetLogon not works

I can't login to windows because after entering login and password it show me this message:

  • Guest: Windows NT 4.0 (en, russian not works) SP6 (without SP6 not works)
  • Installed using Halfix Emulator
  • Disk Image here I have a small idea to login as SYSTEM user and bypass this message (edit registry, turn on setup mode and change setup -newsetup to explorer.exe)
