Implements #135

I know this comes from #135 so I could note this there instead, but I picked this one as more recent:

I don't really see the point of the random 50/50 shot for the hallucinatory lifesaving message. IMO the messages aren't so great that it's impossible to pick just one, so you have to cram them both in there -- if it were me I'd choose one or the other.

I have some vague similar feelings about the troll messages, that 3 variations might be a bit excessive, but I don't feel strongly about it. It actually seems fine to me as is, I guess I just think if I'd been the one to make the call I'd have left it at "Problem?" and "U mad bro?".

The caveman bathing thing -- it's definitely funny that they don't want to bathe, and I like the concept. But the whole reason you lose money in the fountain right after that message is printed is that you jumped recklessly into the fountain to take a bath, right? So why do you lose your money if you're just standing there sniffing the water suspiciously? If the flavor is worth it maybe cavemen (etc) should not lose money in the fountain at all, because they don't feel the urge to bathe.

I believe I was under the impression that "an urge to take a bath overwhelms you" was an effect-less flavor message and wasn't aware that it meant you jumped into the fountain.

Perhaps some sort of a Wisdom saving throw for characters that are suspicious of baths (e.g. a Wis/30 chance), if they succeed they get "water smells suspiciously clean" and nothing happens, but if they fail they succumb to the standard urge to take a bath?
