width , height argument to \diapage does not seem to work

adding either width or height to a \diapage tag does noting image is rendered but it very tiny so not really usefull Doxypress 1.51

In the mean time i had a quick look at the code and as far as i can see the writeDiaGraphFromFile function in dia.cpp is missing the height and width arguments.

(I tried to build DoxyPress but I cant get it build since it insistently complains about not finding the clang-c/Index.h , but i'l open another issue on that)
