Create Base Unit Tests and Automated Testing Framework

Lets:

  • Create some tests
  • Mock out each API
  • Turn on test on diff landing once we get some decent coverage

I've somewhat gave it a go setting this up. It's not working tho. I need to get all the modules sorted etc. (It's been ~4 years at Facebook where a unittest framework has all been done for me)
