new offers/demands weekly email not generated

Hello team,

we received an email from Taranaki Timebank saying that they have not had the timeoverflow automated email showing new requests and offers sent to members since mid August. I saw on timeoverflow that they did have some new inquiries and offers since then so the emails should be generated. Could you please check?

Hmm 🤔 I just checked the logs and I've found some messages like this:

Net::SMTPUnknownError: could not get 3xx (421: 421 Domain timeoverflow.org is not allowed to send: recipient limit exceeded, try again after Sun, 05 Oct 2025 19:22:44 UTC )

@sseerrggii could you please take a look to the email provider dashboard? Maybe there is more info there or any warning, missconfig, ...

Hi! I don't see any problem, could be that when we arribe to 1K email mailgun stops sending because of our plan.

So I recon the solution would either be to upgrade the plan or to delete inactive timebanks. @sseerrggii please let me know how to how you want to proceed.
