@GuidoHaagen What does this issue mean?

@ERAMANrepartos in order to safe time as a dispatcher when checking multiple stops for one driver using the arrow keys would help.

A few questions:

  1. what does "checking" mean?
  2. help to do what? go faster?

@ERAMANrepartos

  1. Most of the time checking the sequence on the map
  2. yes. go faster

I´m sorry im confused... in this use case am i a rider or dispatcher or what? the sequence of my deliveries have assigned? all unassigned deliveries? I could use some more details...

  1. as a dispatcher
  2. the sequence of assigned tasks. can be both pick ups and drop offs.
  3. more important for assigned stops but also for unassigned 4

Sorry I´m still super confused by this issue.

I am a dispatcher at a computer, and I have a task selected. the idea is that I have selected task X, then can use arrow keys to navigate up and down the list of tasks in assigned to the courier? And then, if I press enter it opens the task perhaps?

maybe an image or something could help

it is easy to do if i am not mistaken, you can prioritize

Atala avatar Mar 28 '24 18:03 Atala

i think you and i should have a meeting to design a keyboard language for dispatch to run by people, and this would of course be a basic functionality. though i suppose this could be done whenever, it would obviously be one of the features
