A delivery order created through API has no pricing set, but the pricing is set correctly when entering the delivery manually in the admin

in zicklo-p instance prcing https://ziclop.coopcycle.org/admin/deliveries/pricing/12 order without a price https://ziclop.coopcycle.org/admin/deliveries/6825 -> distance of 3.44 + price of 0 should give 7.87e delivery price

no i didnt have time to investigate

it is an important/interesting bug to solve i think (if we can reproduce it now)
