Describe the bug Impossible to validate a pick up as other pick ups from the same recurring tasks have been canceled

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to dispatch dashboard
2. generate recuring tasks with several pick ups and one drop off, cancel one of the drop off
3. try to validate one task
4. See error: previous task must be completed

Expected behavior I should be able to cancel some pick ups but still complete the task as there is still a pick up and a drop off

Additional context My client sent me a list of pick ups that was different from other days there for i delated the pick ups that where not in use that day, but kept the one I still had to do it happens that the client was not there so i need to put the task in failed so for the invoicing they see what happened (we know that canceled tasks are not invoiced and failed ones are...which is the reason why I want to be able to cancel the other tasks and not fail them)
