Changing tag name keeps old name on the color

Describe the bug When you change the name of an already created tag, the name on the color of the tag doesn't change, it keeps the old name.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a tag and give it a name.
2. Open the created tag and change the name
3. Save settings
4. Check the edited tag, the "Name" column shows the new name but the "Color" column shows the original name.

Expected behavior The "Color" column should show the new name.

When you apply a tag on a task, it shows the correct name
