Allow associating a color to a messenger

We can't rely on the avatar colour because it's random, but we could allow associating a color to a messenger

We can use php-color-hash to generate a stable color based on the username.

I understand this feature as "I associate a specific color with a specific rider" rather than letting them be randomly created. This is not currently complete. @alexsegura is all correct?
