How can delete previously saved photos by library while using CacheLocation.INTERNAL_APP_DIR

I want to keep only last set of photos(original and thumbnail) saved by this library in app's internal storage (in case of e CacheLocation.INTERNAL_APP_DIR).

How can I override or delete the previously saved set of photos?.

This is not possible yet. Will take this as a feature request.
