cannot input Simplified Chinese in Chrome v33 in Windows 8.1

I am using Chrome v33 in Windows 8.1, and I am using the default Chinese Input Engine. I cannot input Chinese in Insert Mode.

Yes, I disabled that part for now, somewhat similar to #8 I'm not sure how to handle fonts yet, so likely it'll break mixing Chinese characters and English letters
