Can't download apps from AppStore

I can't download any apps from AppStore after jailbreak my iPhone.

• iOS version: 11.0.2
• iDevice model: iPhone 6
• electra version: lastest

If AppSotre cannot download app

1. check /etc/hosts
2. check /var/mobile/Media/Downloads access control, should not be root, delete all files and restart
3. check tweak appadmin, lowerinstall
4. Google

I have managed to resolve this by uninstalling appdamin tweak; Anyway you should also follow @liuxuan30's steps!
