Electra (not substitue) breaking Homekit hooks

Hi, currently on all versions of Electra any application that relies on first party HomeKit integration (Nanoleaf, Elgato, Hesperus ..etc) do not work. They all seem to be getting stuck on seeing the actual Home (even with full privileges). I've tried disabling substitute as well as other jailbreak related things and no dice. Any ideas? This has been an issue since release
