Getting thrown into a respring loop when trying to jailbreak with Electra w/ tweaks enabled. No tweaks installed.
Whenever I try to jailbreak on Electra with tweaks enabled, I get thrown into a respring loop. This happens with or without tweaks installed. This also happens without having installed Substitute, Substrate Compat. Layer, or Tweak Injector. I also tried manually removing these three packages in Cydia and reinstalling them. Same issue. I have a feeling (although it's probably incorrect) that there was a package that didn't get installed, or didn't get installed correctly when running the release because i had a kernel panic the first time I ran it. I don't know, though.
Jailbreaking without tweaks enabled works just fine.

does your /usr/lib/TweakInject folder have RBS?
@Dagzer No. Should it/Should I install it? I tried installing it before, but the same issue occurred, IIRC.
