Loud ear screeching noise happens at random.

I have a Berknip laptop with Windows 10. The csaudioacp3x driver said on update 1.0.1 (maybe .2) that it fixed the issue. I'm unsure if I have to delete them, but it's been hurting my ears for a bit. What can I do?

Try updating to version 1.0.4 and let me know if that fixes the issue
