OPVPN Client Upload non exisetent

Trying to configure a Node but I'm unable to set up the OVPN client as the upload config is not there. Is it possible to run this CLI? Or is there another firmware version I should be using in order to do this? I recently purchased the Link Star H68K which is the device I'm using. Your version of the OpenWRT is what came along with it. Any help is appreciated
