自己测试好，提个 PR 即可

6.1.8 内核已经支持了啊

可以合并，但经过测试 GCC12 在 ARM64 上面存在严重的性能倒退问题（ Rockchip 系列测试），建议继续保留 GCC11 为默认

需要更多的测试观察 GCC12 的变化

也许是主线 uboot 的问题，待确认

可以写个 pppoe 的 hotplug 脚本
