fix(issue#3597) Posthog Template added clickhouse migration to config

Changes

  • all changes made according to the Posthog original clickhouse config
  • renamed the root-tag in the configs from yandex to clickhouse
  • added posthog_single_shard posthog_migrations
  • added and set "hostClusterType" to "online"
  • added and set "hostClusterRole" to "data"

DB error in web container posthog_migrations not found, kindly let me know how to fix.

It was a mistake, sorry. I recreated the next branch and it auto-closed this PR.
