Change bitnami images with docker official

Changing Bitnami images with official ones provided by docker to make sure databases and services work on arm64 architecture.

Replaces all images and their respective data directories with the ones provided by docker except moodle.

Thanks for the PR; it encouraged me to make this happen finally. 😄

I use a different path, use bitnami on x86 and use the native image on ARM. It will be added in the next minor version (3.3.0).
