I don't use portainer and wouldn't know where to begin. I suspect some DNS issues.
I think I'd prefer to have a check to see if the MISP cron file already exists, and only generate if it doesn't.
What does the error log say?
It's unable to verify the certificates. Did you change something? Do you have a inline proxy?
Yes. Inline proxies would change the SSL cert used to secure the connection.
That's unsupported here. But you could modify the docker image to include what ever CA cert you're using to sign SSL via your proxy into the approved CA list. Alternatively,...
