Fullscreen does not work when the browser is also in fullscreen (Youtube)

Current behavior

When I open an app that uses ReactPlayer and put the browser in full screen and then try to put the video in full screen, it doesn't work.

Expected behavior

The full screen button should allow you to put the video in full screen mode even if the browser is also in full screen.

Steps to reproduce

1. Use Linux or Windows with Google Chrome
2. Open an app that uses React-player
3. Play a YouTube video
4. Put the BROWSER in full screen (you could use the F11 key)
5. Try to put the video in full screen

Environment

• Browser: Google Chrome
• Operating system: Linux, Windows

Other information

• The problem only occurs with YouTube videos.
• On macOS with Google Chrome the problem does not occur
• In Firefox the problem does not occur
