Recipe discovery not searching subdirectories

The documentation for the "cook recipe" command states under "Recipe Discovery" that subdirectories are searched. However, with the following layout:

recipes/
└── general/
    └── Baked Potato.cook

Running cook recipe "Baked Potato" in recipes/ fails with "Error: Recipe not found: Invalid recipe path: Baked Potato".
