pipelines of external contributors fail

Hello,

When doing a pull request, there is a step "claude-review" which fails

The failure says something related to credentials and token https://github.com/cooklang/cookcli/actions/runs/19620925287/job/56194335034?pr=195#step:3:212

I suppose that it's because the token / credential is linked to an account ; so, the pipeline fails for external contributor who doesn't have access to this token
