Unclear how the Bliss symbol examples should work with i10n/i18n.

The suggested [use of Bliss symbols](https://w3c.github.io/personalization-semantics/content/index.html#symbol-example) seems intriguing (I acknowledge potential), but also seems very immature. As one example, it's not clear to me how to reconcile with localization/internationalization needs....

ARIA/AccName Conflict: aria-label allowed on generic in a traversal, but labelling a generic is an author error due to "name prohibited"

That label/labelledby is allowed on a generic as part of a traversal may be in conflict with "name prohibited", so we have a joint issue between the AccName and ARIA...

ARIA Spec could be more flexible when elements with "nameFrom:author" are left unlabeled by the author
